Heather is 5’4” and wears a size large top  (but XL in tops that are fitted) and a 12 in most other bottoms.  She is a 9/29 mostly, sometimes a 11/30 in a skinny fit Judy Blue. She wears a 10 in these, but the length is too short to wear with anything but a flat shoe.
