 Heather is 5’4” and wears a large comfortably in this dress. (She is a 9/29 mostly, sometimes an 11/30 in a skinny fit Judy Blue) She is between a size large and XL in tops and a 12 bottom. She chose the large for a more comfortable fit in the chest and shoulders, but the medium could have worked.
